This is just bad booking...Becky won the Rumble. She got her suspension lifted. She signed a hold harmless agreement. Why is Charlotte still in the match no matter what?

How is she going to finally do a legit looking armbar and then go right back to that goofy off center one that bends the elbow normally?

Heel Ronda showing up 2 months too late, but I weirdly dig this interview with Steph reacting to the final segment as the show goes off the air. Not because of the interview itself, just the approach and optics of it.

Also this comment on CSS perfect sums up the women’s main event for Mania - it’s a fucking mess and just like we all expected creative found a way to ruin it.

Anyways the WrestleMania main event is gonna be a mess and a dud

 

Eh, as long as Becky wins the ending will be fine. The womens rumble this year was a trash heap for the first 30 minutes, and most people only remember the ending. The Becky/Charlotte matches have been very good, and the Ronda/Charlotte match was good too.

They've screwed up the booking in comical ways overall, which is amazing since the story wrote itself most of the way. But in the biggest moments, they got it right (Becky beating Charlotte at HIAC, Ronda costing them both at TLC, Becky winning the Rumble).

But if Charlotte or Ronda win...whoo boy is that person done forever in WWE fans' minds.

 

Thought the beatdown went on a little long but whatever. The segment was nice. Ronda turning heel is good but way too late. It also completely invalidates the only reason for Charlotte to be in the match. So now Charlotte being there is ACTUALLY pointless (but she's kayfabe STILL in the match for some reason?????) and the whole story has suffered so much in the meantime.

I don't understand what they did with Ronda at all, did they just decide to turn her heel like an hour before the show started? There's like no continuity at all. As m.lee said, they waited way too long for that.

 

I just liked her commitment to that goofy walk even when coming from outside. Is there a GIF of that yet?
