Here I am, watching Return of the Living Dead again, and yep, it's still the perfect 80s horror film.

 

so I watched The Strangers Prey at Night. not as good as the original obviously. but as its own thing? I really dug it haha. I really enjoyed the style. had an 80s slasher feel but the camera work especially those slow zooms with the dramatic music felt pretty 70s to me? idk, I just really enjoyed it haha

 

My girlfriend and I went to see the Prodigy last weekend. That was...interesting. IDK if that kid is a just a good actor but I absolutely hated him. I was hoping for an orphan type ending.

 

the hype is getting very real

 

Seems Wicker Man-esque in story. Ari has my money, regardless. Very excited to see him develop as a filmmaker.
