It's really shitty that blink cancelled bunburry to "work on their album" but now mark has time to play with simple creatures around that same time.

I had the same thought yesterday.

 

Especially odd since I wasn’t planning to go to that one, and that’s usually when they cancel

 

Hopefully we get a new Blink song after the Simple Creatures release and before my wedding date, April 27th. I would love new Blink before my big day haha.

We got Bored To Death well before the CA release and it worked great for them.

 

I’m putting money on a single in April

 

Yeah i have a feeling this release will follow the same schedule as California.

 

I just got a bootleg of one of Scott's last shows with the band. Ooooo!

Do we know who's releasing the Simple Creatures EP? Is it a self-release? Is that even allowed? lol.

Give me some details on this. What's the actual date and location? Is the bootleg in good quality?

I know there's been a lot of speculation as to when his last show was and when Travis' first show was.

 

UPDATE: it's actually not Scott's last show...

The bootleg is from 5-1-1998

After doing some research, it looks like this show is actually Scott's first show BACK after leaving during the tour where Travis ended up filling in for him. Scott was still playing with the band through all of May 1998, and then Travis' first official show was mid June 1998.

 

Gotcha, yeah I think Travis first official show (or at least the earliest known footage of him playing in the band as a full time member) was 6/15/1998 in DC. I believe most of their set list is on Youtube.

 

Yeah, I've seen some sites say 6/15 and some say 6/18, so it's hard to know for sure. But yeah, I've got that bootleg on my site. I think it's mostly complete, but "the country song" gets cut off.

 

With SC and Blink being released so close apart,I believe in heavier and faster Blink...or at least something in vein of Demon & Division.I love that song

The fact that anyone is able to afford $27,500 a month to rent a house is disgusting. Like, why would anyone need that the much money?

I wonder what it's like to be so rich that money is irrelevant. Like you can literally have anything you want.

 

Can’t even fathom being able to not have to live paycheck to paycheck. Haha
