I'm almost at this point. I've been forcing myself for so long that I'm really starting to think they taste like candy.

 

Aside from Almond Joy being my favorite candy bar because of the taste, the god damn packaging is so appealing too! Not the fun size or king size, but the standard size looking wrapper. Next time you are in a gas station pick one up and look at it, what a piece of advertising glory.

Real talk if you eat enough of the right things your body responds. I snack on raw veggies/fruit all day cause I work a sedentary desk job and can't afford to overeat.

I read a book called The Man Who Ate Everything written by Jeffrey Steingarten. He set out to challenge himself to learn to like the things he never did. It's an outstanding read if you're into food/cooking. That book changed my entire outlook on how I should approach eating. I immediately started forcing myself to eat all the things I disliked and now I look at food so completely differently. Now I try to eat everything.

 

What is the first thing you do every time you come back? I either got Italian at my favorite place or got a bagel sandwich, cause I am a dirty LI'er and we have nothing else to live for.
