so everything I gathered is Phillies owner met with Harper today which seems correct according to everyone and his plane being there in LV.

Nightingale keeps saying they are working to get a deal done.

every other source that isn’t one of the big insiders is saying hey Phillies owner’s plane left Vegas a few hours ago so that doesn’t make sense.

 

The plane could've left with other people aboard, no?

 

When in doubt, assume Nightengale is wrong

Nightengale has been way wrong about stuff before there's more underlying this than just a grudge

I really don't know the history of any of these guys I just think it's funny that there's certain ones that seem to strike a nerve with alot of y'all in here that I really don't see elsewhere

from what I’ve learned from the baseball community and forums is that Nightengale seems to always like to contradict what most other reports are saying.

He’s also gotten a few trades wrong and had some weird takes.

Heyman has lost love from the community this season just because he has made a bunch of the same tweets for different teams. He basically seemed like a mouth piece for certain people.

the only one I trust is Rosenthal if we being honest.

 

Yeah the only passable national baseball writers who are fairly active on twitter are Rosenthal and Passan

Also it was a bad year for sportswriters in general with virtually nobody taking Hader or Russell to task, with most actually defending them including Rosenthal so I don't feel bad if I get annoyed with a couple guys consistently lol
