It’s got a bit more heart to it than most zombie films, but anyone going into a zombie film should expect just about everyone to die no matter what haha.

Final Destination still gets me after all these years. Devon Sawa in horror makes me so so happy. And the teacher’s death is still one of my favorite/most awful horror deaths ever.

  3. That Annabelle movie got moved up a week to June 28. Wonder when we'll get a teaser, or at least a title haha.

Upon my most recent watch of Final Destination I found the bathroom scene a little difficult to watch and Idrk why.

I forget which sequel it is but the swimming pool suction death is probably the worst

I always found that one to be the most realistic. Most of the Rube Goldberg kind of stuff is clever but not really plausible, but bathrooms are so deadly in real life that I could see it happening. He also really sold it and the effect on his eyes was horrifying. That was the one that messed me up the most as a kid when I first watched it.

I just love how loooooong and stressful and mysterious the teacher’s is, and we learn so much about her during it, and then it goes totally off the rails and she gets so much overkill without it seeming impossible.

Watching the OG Night of the Living Dead tonight to prep for my podcast. I am so excited because it's been so long and my girlfriend hasn't seen it.

You should watch and compare with the 1990 remake

Watched both Hell House LLCs last night, somehow I had never seen either one, the first one RULED and the second one was a good movie completely ruined by some light up candles from Target

  12. RE: Final Destination talk

I lowkey freak out whenever I see a truck hauling logs on the freeway, so I'm gonna say that scenario stuck with me the most, realistic or not.

I don’t think there is a single person who saw that and doesn’t do the same thing to this day. It’s incredible.

I don’t know much about this director, have his other films been theatrically released at all or should we expect this to be streaming/physical release only?

I will definitely cry ugly tears when they talk about Brandis and Ritter. And seeing Tim Curry well enough to participate will add to the tears, but happy ones.

Harry Anderson isn't listed in the doc's credits either and he died April of last year

Yeah, I wonder what happened with that. I guess a lot of it depends on how long they’ve been in production to know if he planned to be involved or not. I’m sure he will be mentioned in some way too.

Damn I watched so much Tim Curry growing up and even as an adult that it’s hard for me to see him in his current state of Health. I have never gotten used to it yet.
