People said the same thing about Owens.

 

I think Styles/Cena feud is going to end with a blowoff match at Summerslam with Cena going over, for them to properly build to that Styles needs to get at least one win in.

It'll most likely be the same formula as Cena/Owens last year, Styles wins the first match, and then Cena wins the next two.

 

That moment when you're pulling an all nighter and you're extremely bored, but then realize NJPW Dominion just started. Totally didn't even realize it was on today.

Will Ospreay beating Kushida for the Jr title could be a better story than anything that'll happen tonight at MITB, it would be such an incredible moment.

Also hyped as fuck for Naito/Okada, and curious to see how this Omega/Elgin ladder match will turn out. I'm going to make the bold prediction that we're going to see the New Japan debut of Adam Cole baybaby

What exactly happened to Candice?

 

Short of maybe Finn getting involved, there's no rational storyline purpose for AJ losing. You turn someone heel for a clean slate and he needs a win to validate the club as much as he does himself at this point.

It's difficult to project much going into Summerslam without knowing how the draft is gonna affect things. Cena and Styles both seem likely for smackdown though.
