You should it's a really great time! It's also over around 10 so the drive there and back isn't too bad

 

I live in Michigan but somehow have never gone. Wish it wasn’t on a holiday weekend when I’m camping...

 

As someone that has never had Memorial Day weekend plans growing up, I've been super thankful for this fest haha.

 

I’m really considering it. We could carpool!

Also with PUP/Ratboys playing in Chicago on the 23rd does that make it more likely for them to do Bled on the 25th?

 

I would say fairly likely

 

If this is the case i might just opt for doing the fest then over a holiday weekend rather than a weeknight.

 

Pup is playing Michigan on May 3rd. It’s not impossible they could play, but I’d imagine it’s unlikely

 

Could it be that they won’t announce until after the show? Or is that window too small?

 

Hmmm, that could be a possibility.

 

Esp since they have to roll through to go to Toronto anyways.

 

I think Fusion's putting on the PUP show too so I'd say it's very unlikely.

 

Pup is playing Cleveland (the same venue) on May 1 and May 21 so I’d say it’s not something to rule out

 

That's kind of what I was thinking, it seems like the last stretch of their tour was more of a "fuck it, we'll play these places again" kinda thing. I doubt them playing both would deter anyone from attending either.

At least in this very-specific scenario.

The Bad Bad Hats announcement is awesome. I love that band so much.

This is shaping up great... no one remembers their first birthday party anyway right?

 

I went to Bled in (I think) 2016 for my only time. It was one of the coolest trips I've ever taken. Left from my work at 1030pm on Friday, drove overnight to Michigan with some friends, went to the fest, and left Sunday morning.
I think this being the last one, and lots of my favorites playing, I need to go again.
My sister and I decided today that we are going to do our best to be there, so hopefully see you soon Michigan!
