    Easy for them now. Without Lingard and Martial we're a lot worse.

    This could get ugly now for United.

    Can't help but think bringing Sanchez on was the wrong choice. Moving Rashford to the left and Lukaku up top would've allowed us to keep a semblance of the game plan at least.

    Yep. When he was coming on I posted that we needed a mature performance from him. It's been anything but, his ineptitude at properly tracking back was one of the causes for the first goal.

    Brilliant yeah, like I said earlier they could afford to put a player like him on Pogba through the game without hurting their play. Like us with Park v Prilo/Milan.

    It's like he was trained by MLS refs. This has been ridiculous.

    Absolutely. It's strange, some players can be average, never good but average. Sanchez is the worst player on the pitch every time he plays. Starts, subbed on, 10 minutes at the end. Doesn't matter, worst player on the pitch every time. He's just totally forgotten how to play football to an even acceptable standard. He doesn't even have the work rate to be useful tracking back.

    And of course Pogba goes. Kimbembe should've been off two or three times, but scores the goal that turns the tie. Pogba off in garbage time for a nothing challenge.

    lol, cruel injuries robbed me of what would have been a sound prediction tbh.

    Tonight's prediction - Ajax 1-5 Real Madrid :tear:

    @fangclubb Prestigious

    Think Ajax will do better than that. Though Madrid have been in good form recently. Spurs / Dortmund should be good. Think Spurs will take itm

  22. Spurs are totally gonna lose the aggregate on away goals. It’s the only way it can play out.

    I think United should be looking to bring in Rice as a Matic back-up/long term replacement

    Damnit. I know there's still a second leg but I didn't want fuckin' Tuchel to et any satsifaction from this game.

    I'm not so sure. Our defense is usually pretty inconsistent, especially as of late. We aren't necessarily any more secure in the back at home, either so there is a possibility we let in goals at home too. I'm cautious about predicting the outcome for this tie.
