I always tweet about it- Balance dropped their best 3 songs and then broke up and it’s so not fair haha. I hope they play Body language on the tour, my fav.

And to expand on this- b&c’s breakup is ultimately unfortunate because they always released good music. There aren’t many throwaway tracks at all in their discog. I loved them the first time I saw them opening for Senses Fail during The Fire’s album cycle, and ever since then they’ve just pumped out really great music. I can’t wait to celebrate it one last time.

And finally, about the short length of the final tour- I thought it was pretty clear a year ago that they’d only end up playing a few shows? I’m driving 9 hours for it, and I will enjoy every moment. I’d imagine they’ll probably come back eventually, it seems like every artist does. But if not, at least it’ll be one last awesome show.

 

I think the Slow Heart songs were left off LWM because they were too "bridge-y" to their old material but that sweet spot is actually their best stuff

Uh not sure if its legit but I just got a bandsintown notification for B&C being on the bill for 6 of the mewithoutYou, Cursive, Appleseed Cast shows. Could be a mistake but figured I'd mention it.

 

Looks like they responded to a few people on twitter the other day about it not being legit

I saw this band with La Dispute and Make Do and Mend like 7 years ago. Was a great show.

I always really liked Stay in the Sun

 

Always felt MDAM were below PBTT, B&C, Seahaven, TA, etc when they all were touring together at various times. Good but always outshined.
