This is exactly what is going on here. Howard Schultz doesn't really care how much his book sells. Even blockbuster book sales these days would not matter much to him financially with the amount of money he already has.

Internally they reiterated they don’t support any specific campaign. I definitely plan on having a discussion with my DM about my feelings on the matter though.
