To me dabs and oil carts are still totally different. Idk if I posted here that the reason I even bought the bong was to encourage myself to cut back because I was exclusively smoking my pen.
Now I only use it when I’m going somewhere or to top off a night when I don’t feel like packing something.
It’s a decent system so far but I gotta say I really do prefer the oil taste and feel. If it didn’t screw my tolerance I’d go back to doing that exclusively

 

I just realized I turned 30 a few weeks back. Ive been smoking for half my life... Jesus H. 15 years of pot. But not a single cigarette. Weird. I remember the first time my friend told me he smoked. I was so devastated.

Wow why have I never tried this? I have snow on my balcony right now, I'm going to have to give it a shot lol. I'm thinking it might melt faster than ice cubes would, but whatever :P.

Do you do snow instead of water? Or just instead of using ice in an ice catcher?

 

I found that to be the case with the dispensary I went to in Colorado. Mixed and matched 3-4 different strains, all super dry. It was really good shit, but definitely harsh on the lungs. I've found the same to be true for any bud I've gotten from Maine. Massachusetts seems to have good stuff though. Must just be bad storage and too much supply.

 

Yeah I've bought legal flower from Denver, Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Denver was by far the worst, with SF/LA being the best.

I see. I’ve gotten from NM, CO, CA. I think it’s just dispensary location. Cause most sell the same shit. Just how they keep and such. I’ve gotten some really dank shit from both. But I would agree California’s is on another level. Begrudgingly I admit that.

 

I've only bought weed in Denver but I've heard it's the lowest quality flower out of the big 4 legal states (Colorado + The west coast). The dryness cannot be overstates. The supposedly have higher quality concentrates though.

I really need to get out to California sometime.

 

There’s so many dispensaries though, I don’t know how there could be a blanket statement like that. I went to a couple that had like the best cured buds I’d ever seen

My favorite way to smoke flower is joints but I feel like I go through so much more, so lately I've mostly been going with my trusty bong. Best part is I just got a new grinder after like 5-6 yrs with my old one and hot damn I'm getting more keef than I know what to do with so I've been topping off my bong packs with a generous layer of keef.

My next big purchase though is def gonna be a desktop vape. I wanna get better with conserving my weed/$$$ and lung health. I've done some research and I'm thinking a Silver Surfer/Dabuddha will do the trick for me.

 

I think I should wash my grinder out with alcohol because the screen has to be clogged. Been goin' through so much but no kief and my freezer/penny trick doesn't even work.

 

I think get a new grinder lol I think once you saw how quickly kief accumulates in a new one you’ll be like why tf did I wait so long

 

I like joints, but when I smoke them I usually put them out and re-light them throughout the night. I rarely smoke a whole one in one sitting. So it doesn’t seem like I go through it any faster. A half lasts me like two weeks. A gram a day about.

Side note I love my joint roller.

 

I almost exclusively smoke out of my bong. I fucking love that thing

 

We used to do a thing called SunJays where every sunday a group of friends would roll their own half eighth joint. We'd smoke half and then half after an hour or so. We'd usually watch a movie and eat food and then fall asleep and then we'd wake up and try to find where we were at in the movie

 

That sounds delightful. Sunday’s are my favorite days. It’s a smoker thing I think haha.
