the clique mentality is something that I’ve been fighting against for awhile as it pertains to this group of friends. I want us all to get along and feel welcome in this thread or what the fuck is even the point of it all? a lot of us are close, some are closer than others but I can’t stress enough how much it upsets me to see someone as kind as you having to repeatedly state things like this because you feel left out of a group you thought you belonged to (and let’s be clear: you do). I don’t know the answer here but i love most all of you and I don’t want anyone here to feel ostracized or shortchanged in any way. sorry about all of this but I’m still your friend and that’s not going to change. you’re as much a part of this group as anyone else and I just want you to feel comfortable here more than anything

 

Thank you that means a whole lot to me.
I guess I just feel at this point like I’m tired of trying to force something that isn’t there. I end up being paranoid that I’m ruining this space and causing it to be unpleasant for others (which is clearly true of at least one person). I get paranoid that I’m a joke that all the people who are close talk about behind my back.
I just liked when this community made me feel heard and seen and cared for and now it’s just making me feel alone and insecure.
