That last choice as much as I adore Careful, Turn It Off just has it all for this band. A super catchy lead, soft pretty verses with an anthemic chorus, a bonkers Hayley performance in the bridge, heartbreaking lyrics, an extended instrumental outro — they really hit all the stops for what I wanted from Paramore at the time in a single song.

I didn’t vote for Turn It Off because Careful is a top 5 Paramore song for me along with Brick By Boring Brick (*sobs*). That said, loving the attention it’s getting here. I think it’s their most underrated song.

 

It was worth a try lol. Those songs left the contest too early!

I hope Renegade fares better.
