Assuming they're doing something with Chainsmokers and/or Twenty One Pilots (maybe just co-writes, whatever)... I get it, Blink wants to stay relevant. But I wonder why they so badly want to remain in the alternative/pop radio world... Why not just write indie rock jams or something and then co-write with pop artists and whoever on the side for some extra dough? Just a shower thought. The answer is obviously "Because they want to" and that's fine, I guess.

Listen objectively and probably like it, despite not liking the chain smokers, because it’s not fair to bash it just because they worked with them. If they’re even doing that

I don’t/ wouldn’t have a problem with blink working with Chainsmokers, TOP, etc. or any artist to be honest (I love Good Old Days and Bottom of the Ocean, both co-written by RAS), but I’d love to see blink work with artists like PUP, The Maine, Paramore, The Front Bottoms, The Dangerous Summer, The Wonder Years.

 

Worst case I'll still like the song more than This Is Home probably

 

Yela would probably have been at the bottom of my collab list and I love Pretty Little Girl so obviously I, not being in blink-182 (no matter how much I wanna be), don’t know shit. Even that Aoki song rips.

I also just heard the new BSB song and dug it, so...
