I haven't had a fb in years but you used to be able to.

 

I used to change people's birthdays on facebook to a month out. People freak out when they start getting alerts. It's great because I usually forget I even did it.

 

I hate when my friends get significant others. Especially the guys. I don't want your boyfriend..we've been friends for a million years. I get text a lot to leave them alone when the girls are going through their phone. It's annoying.

 

That's fuckin' rude. And why would you let someone go through your phone in the first place? Haha

 

Relevant:

 

A majority of my guy friends tend to date the same type of girl. Controlling, mean, won't let him go anywhere w/o her, no friends that are girls type thing. They usually go radio silence which pisses me off bc he just dumped me, his friend of a million years.

Hahah, that's cute. The overly controlling thing wouldn't work with me AT ALL. I'd prolly laugh, thinking they were joking and then when I realized they were serious I'd be like "Oh, you're a crazy, insecure person. Bye."

 

Yeah I could never date anyone I felt like didn't trust me. And I wouldn't wanna date anyone I didn't trust. It's worked out so far lol

 

Had a pretty good Pokemon chat at work today with a girl. Torn between "she seems pretty awesome, this could be something fun" and "yeah dude, but you work together".

I haven't listened to new metal in a long time, but all those bands we had a throwback discussion about a few weeks ago come to mind, ie Haste the Day, He Is Legend, etc.

 

I can only imagine how exhausting it is being suspicious about everything someone does. No thank you.

 

I just want to put all of The End of Heartache on this playlist. That album is genre defining.

oh god, this reminds me...i've lost a lot of guy friends like that. in fact, the closest friend i had before i left the UK. he saw me on my birthday, two weeks before i was leaving. this was almost a decade ago now. dang.

i tried to talk to him via facebook last year, and it was his girlfriend saying "stay away from him you bitch" (and we hadn't spoken in months so that made it worse to have that kind of reaction.) especially when i was bullied a lot in high school, it really meant a lot to me that he stuck around. i have no idea what's going on with him now.
