The company I worked for at the time was terrible. The sales reps would focus on elderly people that weren't quite sure about what they were buying and then i'd have to go in and install the system... One of the sales reps tried punching me once cause I told him i refused to install the system for this nice old lady cause she clearly had no idea what was going on and that she was getting into a 5 year contract for security monitoring. I quit pretty quickly after that.

One time i was installing a system in Kileen, TX and the guys that owned the house had face tats and he argued with me about the placement of a camera cause I couldn't make it work where he wanted it and he went to his room and walked out with an AR and pointed it at me and said "this is a real security system", then i said "fine i'll put the camera there but there is no way to power it so i dont know what to tell you" then I left and let my boss finish the install. The dudes name was Raul
