I love Let It Enfold You as much as the next guy but man they got waaaay better after that.

I tried to get into saves the day buy I just remember his voice being like nails on a chalkboard

 

That's how I felt about Coheed and Saosin.

 

Same here. I like a lot of their stuff musically, but just could never get into Chris's voice.

 

I feel that way about coheed as well. Idk if I've ever listened to saosin

 

Pretty much same. I like one of their songs but his voice is more subdued on it. Never liked them.

 

Then he's definitely improved as a lyricist over the last decade.

I find this very surprising and yet not at all. Stay What You Are is something I think you would love.

Ah, yeah. There are some pretty awful lyrics on those releases. But at the same time "Little Girls" by Say Anything was loved, so idk.

 

Seeing Saves the Day live helped me like them more than the records ever did, but I can rarely handle listening to them for very long. New Found Glory self-titled tour was a total blast.

 

I never got into Saves the Day until I heard The Bug Sessions. They are stripped down acoustic songs and are wonderful.

 

Senses Fail don't have a good album imo. And still hold the title for worst live performance ever.

 

Taking it back all day today. Listening to Suicide Notes and Butterfly Kisses. YEAH.

 

Worst live band for me had to be Finch. Hated them. They were at a disadvantage because Days Away and Recover opened for them, and they are two of the best live bands I've ever seen.

 

Pierce the Veil holds this for me. They had a knack for getting support slots for bands I loved for awhile.

 

Shai Hulud was really bad when I saw them recently. I'm pretty sure they were just a bunch of guys off the street who had heard a few Shai Hulud songs and tried to play them. They fucked up so many times.

 

Watch that video I just posted and ur opinion will probably change tbh.

 

Mae was really disappointing when I saw them live back in, I believe it was 2007. Just looked like they didn't want to be there at all and Dave's voice was, very bad...

 

I think I read or heard an interview with Buddy where he mentions how fucked up his anxiety was during this time resulting in well... that.

 

Cute Is What We Aim For is the worst band I've seen live.

I saw them in 03 and fell asleep. I think that was with Copeland and The working Title who were both really really good.

 

That's one band I like to try and forget

Modest Mouse and Mars Volta were both disappointing live

 

I went through a really bad music phase that lasted 5 years.

 

That is... a really tragic live performance. They weren't nearly this bad when I saw them at Warped Tour what would've been like four years after this.
