I have a friend who had AT&T and I remember how arduous it was for him to even convey his issue to customer service and all the shit he had to go through just to get a simple issue resolved

doesn’t seem like a very fun company to deal with but then again I’m pretty sure all cell phone carriers are pretty shitty in that regard
