    Biggest problem in Tampa is any smart coaches first move is getting rid of Jameis, and so now you have no QB to start with...on top of having no defense. Only person that takes that job is someone who is convinced they are a wizard and can make Jameis not a turnover machine.

    It all starts with the run game, that team can't run for shit and has Peyton fuckin barber as their starter LOL I did look and apparently in the last 6 games Winston was only 13tds to 4 ints when he came back from injury which is rly surprising

    The rivalry is back on

    IMO Jameis Winston is exactly the kind of QB you’d want to build around as a good offensive coach trying to make a name for yourself. Talented enough that you can capitalize on his strengths and minimize his weaknesses and still have a potent offense, but unproven and inconsistent enough that you get credit for the turnaround and aren’t “along for the ride”

    I'd cut Jameis day 1, sign him day 2 and cut him again day 3.

    I def think the Browns job is a bit more desirable at this point than the Jets, but it's close. Like 1A and 1B

    I don't even know who I realistically want as the Lions OC

    I would really like for the Texans to hire an OC this year. I don't wanna completely fire BOB yet but I absolutely want a new playcaller.

    Monken is a really underrated HC candidate

    @dotkevin

    Do you want Monken or McCarthy?

    I’d be fine with either.

    Monken has always been an offensive guru, which is a huge selling point in today’s NFL. His RPO stuff is really intriguing.

    I think McCarthy would be a safe bet for the Jets. He would be a good fit with Sam.

    Still think we’re going for the splashy hire and Kliff will be who they want.

    I feel amazing after drinking kombucha but I'm a moron and maybe it's just a placebo thing

    I've had some I like and a lot more that I hate but regardless I feel less like a pile of shit after drinking one

    I’d take that Browns or Jets job in a second, other than that I’d probably stay in my OC if I were an OC and had the choice to stay. Coaches get tossed around and fired like nothing these days. I feel like it’s the safer bet to stay in your job you have until a good opportunity show up rather than jumping for ANY HC job, since if you fail (which is likely in some of these spots) you’ll be fired within 1-2 years.

    For the Jets the division sucks and Brady will presumably be gone (maybe) within 2-3 years leaving an open road to success. Once Darnold is groomed/developed, and with tons of cap room to make moves, this could be a good spot.

    I get the hate, it's definitely an acquired taste. It's also SUPER brand dependent. Some I've had are phenomenal, others are flavorless vinegar haha
