1) please don’t ask for your drinks stronger in restaurants. You can do this in a bar but restaurant drink recipes are very rigid to track inventory costs. If your drink “isn’t strong enough” expect 7-13 more dollars on your check for an extra shot depending on what liquor is is in it. Can’t tell you how many times people just assume I double charged them, and blame me, and deduct it from my tip even though that’s what I’m supposed to do.

2) Sure, you paid the check and don’t need any more drinks. That means you can stay however long and the server can go home right? Wrong. I get automatically fired if I leave before my last table leaves. I’m still here 90 minutes after closing time cause of a couple with half full waters. So much for me getting to see some of KC / SD >:(

 

Oh, nah, Matt will say no to 75% of outings you suggest and that’s generous (he’s comfortable saying no to me so it became more like 90%) but if it was me, dude we’d spend all our money on seafood haha full stop
