My sleep doctor called me today to set up my appointment to get treated. According to him on the test results I apparently stop breathing 81 times an hour in my sleep....holy shit

Yikes. I don't remember my diagnosis number but that sounds pretty bad.

 

Yeah I mean before I was like “ok I have sleep apnea.” But hearing a number like that horrified me

Are those devices the only fix though?

 

A breathing machine at night while i sleep. Thats the main fix.,besides tht some more diet and exercise will help the machine work better

 

My friend just sent me some anti-hangover pills that he absolutely swears by. Can’t wait to put em to the test

 

Depends on what's causing it. Could be genetic could be sinus problem but it's usually a weight related illness.

Sinus related could be surgically fixed but the others it's just the machine from what I've seen
