This technique (subbing red pepper for Cajun) is my go to for most veggies like asparagus/green beans/zucchini, but I almost always throw some orange juice in the pan as well to make a quick glaze. The sweet with the spice and herbs is so amazing.

 

I wish this was like the proud boys redaction the other day.

Was literally gonna jump in just to mention brussel sprouts. A) there are few places around Orlando that have killer brussel sprouts as appetizers. Like I've never been more amped about eating a plant than I am when I visit those places. B) just cooking this shit at home on the stove or in the oven is still delicious. If they're lightly browned your doing it wrong. Keep em going.
