I don't have much to contribute here, but something I keep forgetting to post.

I hate it how people assume your SO is going to propose just because you're going to vacation to somewhere "nice". When I went to hawaii with the bf, one of my friends was so sure he was going to propose. I laugh hard in my head at the fact that I knew for sure he wouldn't (he didn't and didn't at all expect or think he should). I also don't tell anyone his feelings about marriage because that will just create issues and some people sticking their nose where it doesn't belong. Anyway, when I last hung out with her she asked me how was the trip and if he proposed -.- I said no he didn't. And let's just say if he did, I would have told her after it happened. Also when other people knew about the trip they'd ask the same question and it was really annoying because it seems like a couple can't go on vacation without people thinking theres an outcome other than just wanting to get away and relax.
