Hm that's weird. I had to do mine at a sleep lab and it was not fun because they have to like glue wires to your head and stuff. Doing it at home would have been preferred

 

I think it was just the having the pulse reader on my hand, Having tubes taped to my face, and knowing that if I broke it or one of my cats chewed the cords I would have had to pay $500 that made it worse.

Probably would have been worse in an unfamiliar space

 

Anyone else here have a friend or a family member big in the multilevel marketing game? I just had to unfollow my cousin on Facebook because I was sick of seeing her post about "HAPPY COFFEE" three times a day. Ugh.

 

I have two friends that work for some company that does fitness plans and ITS ALL THEY POST ABOUT

 

Ugh. Like I get the desire to "own your business" and whatever else these MLM agencies promise, but when you inundate your feed with nothing but posts about it when all I want to see in cute baby photos of my little cousin...those blood ties go out the window. I guess I'm a shitty family member then.

 

Nah I can understand. I’ve been friends with these two girls since middle school and I have now blocked them from my feed.

I have another friend who works for some marketing job for a decor company and all she posts about now are her ‘demonstration parties’. She’s next on the chopping block

 

How do you have a demonstration party for decor?

"Look at our piece demonstrating how it exists in space?"

I think it’s to show off the customizable stuff. Only reason I guess that is because her wedding gifts to me and my wife were embroidered pillows and a decorative box with our wedding date on it

 

yeah, the sleep study sucked. had to be there at midnight then at 4:45 they woke me up and told me to go home. had to go to work at normal time so it wasn't a great day.

if you do have sleep apnea though, you get used to wearing the mask after about a month or so. plus you'll be getting the best sleep you've had in a long time. it's annoying but it's not that bad after awhile.

my brother in law is a sucker for those. he's never made any real money doing them but every time he finds a new one he goes all the way in and he can't hear any negative facts about the thing he's doing. he's not too bright.

 

I think I can handle a mask over my nose. My older brother has a CPAP machine and he said after a night or two he got used to it. What made this one worse was the pulse reader and the cords taped to my face to hold it in place. I’m looking forward to finally sleeping normally and not waking my wife up constantly with my snoring in the night

 

I've been trying to get Paul to do this and he doesn't think he has a problem. His snoring wakes him up like 5 times a night and we can't even sleep in the same room at this point because he will keep me up all night. I am a very light sleeper and I cannot do ear plugs because I need to hear the sound of the white noise fan I have. I keep telling him he wouldn't be so damn tired all the time if he just stopped being a baby and did a sleep study. He has until we get married to do this or he's sleeping on the couch forever.
