    our biggest news website called this "the best rock record of the year" and i was extremely shocked just from seeing it get covered at all, let alone praised in hyperbolic fashion

    i should've stopped at the headline though, cause the article itself was very superficially written, but i went one further and read the comment section, which is always swarming with white middle-aged/underage conservative dudes. aside from the expected compliments they compared the band to maroon 5 and wished the website covered "true modern rock greats like muse"

    yeah what was i expecting huh

    just glad some of them even took the time to listen to the clips in the article, great exposure ahead of their return early next year (so fucking excitedddd)
