The worst part is we’d still be a good team if he didn’t miss on his only QB decision. Fuckin Bortles.

 

Bortles isn't his only QB decision. NOT taking a QB in exchange for Fournette is equally a QB decision. And, that is getting closer and closer to a miss the more Mahomes and Watson go and the more Fournette isn't on the field.

 

Mahomes is hindsight. Watson is fair game though. Watson was our #2. Should've been our #1. Watson/Kamara will haunt me.

Idk if Mahomes is hindsight. It's not like he's a 6th rounder who has just exploded onto the scene. There was clearly enough evidence to convince the chiefs to move up to get him. I'll grant you he is more surprising than Watson though.

 

From last year's NFL thread, quite a few misses but we know what's important here

 

No I mean Mahomes wasn't on our board so it doesn't feel like we missed on him since we never considered him.

Also, Mahomes would not be as good in Jacksonville.

 

Both are fair, but he def would be better than Bortles.
