I love Kiznaiver.

 

After that last episode I might like Kiznaiver more than Kill la Kill or at least as much.

 

That's big praise, haha.

 

Kill la Kill is probably in my top 10 so yeah, haha. I think I'll need to see how the rest of Kiznaiver plays out but I love it so much.

 

latest episode of twin star exorcists was exactly what i was hoping for in this anime. so glad it finally picked up. sailor moon crystal season 3 is also insane, literally miles ahead of the previous 2.

 

Also started watching JoJo's Bizarre Adventure recently and its really good.

 

The latest episode of Kiznaiver was intense. I think some people in the Reddit discussion thread miss the point of much of what the show is doing because some referred to the plot has having "forced drama".

 

I've seen a ton of really bad posts about that show.

 

Just started watching Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress and am enjoying it so far. I may start Kiznaiver too after seeing the praise in here. I'm finally almost done with Monster.

 

I dropped Kabaneri, I just wasn't into it at all.

 

It doesn't seem all that unique (spoiler for first ep? kid becomes powerful half-breed in the middle of a war between 2 species), but the animation is pretty good and I like the setting.

 

I like Kabeneri fine enough to keep watching. I do like that the MC actually has confidence.

 

It wasn't that bad but I hated pretty much every character and how they went about things which made it impossible for me to care about what was happening.

 

Do you guys follow any anime blogs? My interest in anime blogging comes and goes, but I got back into it recently and discovered a few great blogs.

I am so into Jojo right now. It's amazing.

 

Had no idea this was a thing.

 

Kiznaiver continues to be amazing.

 

Trying to catch up on Dragonball Super despite not really enjoying it so far because the new stuff looks interesting but I'm into the tournament stuff and the animation is still just so, so shit. Like honestly might be the worst I've seen.

 

The original Sailor Moon has a really really good soundtrack. Pretty jazzy.

 

What a haunting ending to the episode. This anime has been quality.

I need to start JoJo's Bizzare Adventure soon.

I love all Sailor Moon music. I'm still on the second season of the original anime though. I've been focusing on other shows, and a lot of games, recently. haha

And Crystal Season 3 blows the previous two seasons out of the water. It fixes literally everything that was wrong in those. And it's been so intense. I'm very happy with it.

 

I've been so into the whole thing and the way it's unfolding is just so satisfying and it keeps making me love it more and more.

It's sooo good. Joseph Jostar is one of my favourite characters ever already. Stardust Crusaders (the second season) takes a weird turn and changes up a lot but I'm getting pretty into that too. I think the first few episodes are very good at building context but it takes a little while to set up what the show is actually like.

 

Yeah I'm really loving my watch through. Normally I do prioritize playing games over watching things, but I've sound that watching Sailor Moon while eating breakfast before work is a near perfect way to start the day, so hopefully this will keep me from taking too-long breaks which I'm susceptible to while watching anime.

 

Starting Bakemonogatari, have heard conflicting things to say the least. Of course there'd be a panty shot as soon as it starts.'


Edit: This is worth a watch for the style alone, damn SHAFT.

 

yeah it's one of my top 5 series and even then there's moments where i question whether i should really be watching it. there's a lot of creepy tropes (specially in the snail episodes and in the follow-up season) but throughout the whole thing it seems pretty self-aware and the guy behind it is known for being pretty meta with his work.
