Just got home from my first thanksgiving married and being off work in 9 years. Was a good day.

That’s why I don’t understand @Colin Your Enthusiasm’s snide remark. I’m actually gonna be watching it. I had an X&Y era Coldplay poster in my room for years until my now wife made me take it down when she moved into my parents house for a year or so.

 

Parachutes and Rush of Blood to the Head are god damn incredible. And the song Rush of Blood to the Head is one of my favorite songs of all time.

This live performance gives me chills every time

 

Parachutes will forever remind me of when I drove with my sister in like 2003 from Ohio to West Virginia and then from there to Maryland. It was on repeat for a lot of that trip and brings me back every time I hear it
