Would def consider it more if it was on the wknd. Still haven't seen Pianos live but yeah that's such a great lineup wish it would be a full fledge tour not just a few shows together. Also wish the OWEL/Gatherers shows had been closer to me def would of went.

Eve is a big disappointment imo. I love Emery but man, one of my least favorite albums of theirs

its def their slowest/most mellow album yet, but from a songwriting perspective I also think its their most calculated and concise album to date. A lot of really interesting song writing techniques used throughout the record that I think they executed extremely well.. It won't overtake Shallow seas or the question but its sitting at number 3 for me.

Also I don't expect other people to love this band/album as much as I do.. I'm definitely biased.

 

last week our school had this company come in and brought in all of these incredible apples... granny smith, red, yellow, all the good shit. For the last week I've gotten one with my lunch every day... now they must have ran out.. and we are back to the shitty ones we had.. these apples SUCK

I dunno, I really love Emery too, and I am totally down with a slower, melodic album. But there is very little going on that’s interesting to me save for a couple tracks. To each their own I guess, but this album doesn’t even feel finished to me.

 

You're right, to each their own. I love it but that doesn't mean you will enjoy it.
