I'm typically against having two TEs on one roster. The only reason I had Howard was because Gronk was questionable every week until the last minute. Sounds like he should be good to go going forward (for now). So I'm not really worried (at this point) about grabbing a back-up TE.

 

Being a Gronk owner is the single biggest headache in fantasy. Thank god he’s someone else’s problem now lol

So Gus Edwards is sitting on waivers, I can get him for free.

I have 5 picks left for the season. Not sure if I should use one on him or not. Baltimore backfield seems muddy with 4 backs. Almost seems like an any given Sunday, one of these guys is going to be good kinda backfield.

 

Yeah, the BAL RB situation is not ideal. I purposely didn't go after Gus. May regret it, but it's a risk.

I was able to swing Chris Godwin for Chris Carson. I feel like that could be a decent steal for me.

Absolutely.

I doubt you played Godwin much and Carson is a RB2, as long as he’s healthy.

 

Oh absolutely, I should absolutely start Carson over Dion Lewis this week ?

 

That’s tough, if it’s PPR I would lean Lewis. Just because the titans/Texans games are generally close so he should see a fair amount of action.

Carson is on the road in Carolina so I’m a bit more skeptical.

so in my two QB league I’m basically locked into either the 2nd or 3rd playoff seed. With Mahomes on bye, and Trubisky not playing is it worth even dropping Trubisky to stream a QB? I have Wentz starting, and we have a 3 QB limit each team. The best streaming option I think is probably manning. I’m leaning not bothering starting a second one.

 

I would say AP, Just because with colt starting they might rely on the run game more.

 

Check other team's rosters...If you drop Trubisky, will someone else even bother to pick him up? Or is everyone else pretty set at the QB position that they wouldn't even bother?

 

Trubisky has had a weird year. Four monster games, two really bad games and then a handful of pedestrian games.

 

I grabbed Brate in both leagues and I’m seriously considering starting him in my flex over Lamar Miller. Winston loves to throw it to his TE’s and Miller is just so up and down that I almost just want to take a flyer on Brate.

 

I say go get Gus! He got used a lot because he knows how to play Read Option with Lamar Jackson, that’s what people are missing out on. This means if they keep rolling with Lamar at the helm, Gus becomes a lead back. And it also helps cause defenses can’t even focus on him when they’re worried about Lamar.

You can tell Harbaugh hasn’t been happy with Collins OR Allen this year. I’d say this RB situation is more clear cut than, for example, the fucking Seahawks

I sat Mike Davis every good week but he took a back seat to Carson and Penny both times I started him. Fuck that shit.

 

Like I’m starting Gus in my league as long as Lamar Jackson is the starter. He might become useless, he might be a crucial late season pickup

Eh potentially. There’s one team with watson and Lamar Jackson, And another with Kirk cousins and Bortles. I guess we do have an IR spot I can move him to and then add another QB. Thing is ESPN only has him listed as doubtful, so until he’s texhnically labeled as out I can’t add one.

 

Picked up Jordan reed, hope McCoy leans on him in the passing game more than smith did.
