A few months ago I posted about being sorta interested in someone who I would never see again and surprise have seen them again! Idk. It's a shallow lil thing since idk them rly. We talked briefly a few months ago but I didn't rly get interested vibes during that interaction and we talked recently for like a brief sec but I'm not rly detecting any interest still. Then again he prob wouldn't be detecting any from me either. But I feel like if someone is interested they'll usually make even a small attempt? Like I'll sit down first and he doesn't sit nearby, which I feel like an interested person would. Idk? Unless they don't wanna seem creepy lol idk idk. Usually I get something to work with like eye contact or something but it's like nada and we're not rly put under lots of circumstances to interact naturally so idk.

Also I feel creepy because I rly don't know this person lmao to be posting about them online oop but my life is boring and uneventful so this is what I got to work with.

 

Just make an excuse to chat to him a couple of times. See how he reacts. I'm not sure what the context of the seating thing is. Do you work together and you're bumping into him at lunch or what?

 

Work for the same org but in offices far apart. Sometimes I have to travel for work things and will run into him. A lot of the work seating is assigned and we're never assigned together. Breakout sessions are also assigned and we're rarely assigned together. So not a ton of opportunity or excuses to talk. The few times we have been I didn't rly get interested vibes. So I should prob drop it lol but theres that ~curious part of me
