I can't imagine paying 3K for a 2 bedroom. That's more than my mortgage.

 

About $900 a month for a 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom for my place and that includes all utilities included at a flat rate.

But that's substantially lower than everything else around me. Just a crazy deal that I found.

 

I'm at $1195 rn. Utilities average to be about $50-80 depending on the season. That's split with roommates too

 

Shit. That’s like higher than Washington DC prices. What in the hell

 

Well maybe by now DC has inflated to that point

 

When I had a roommate, rent/utilities/garbage/internet totaled around $480 a month. Good times.

 

1600 with nothing included, so like 1800ish after everything.

Yeah, it's been super cold here as well.

 

Plymouth, it’s a western suburb about 15 minutes from Minneapolis. I am renting a townhome out here because rental prices are insane in the city right now, or I could pay the same price I do now but live in a closet. My GF and I are talking about moving to Saint Paul next summer, we both miss the city life and Saint Paul is less expensive. Haha
