Also Community, which was the best of those shows at its peak

 

I gave up on Community after Abed's Christmas episode in season two. The over the top zany shit got really old to me quickly.

 

Yeah I liked the meta stuff a lot but it got way over the top and in retrospect became obviously wacky for the sake of being wacky rather than innovative

Although there were exceptions to that

It was still a fun couple of seasons!

 

Yeah, those first 1.5 seasons are still amazing to me.

 

Abed was a wonderful representation of what it's like to have Aspergers syndrome though, for a decent period of time at least

 

I remember going to universal studios and they had like a small section with props and they had a whole bunch of parks and recs props and I was LIVING

I am so into that and I miss the show

 

Community was pretty good. But they've all done better except maybe Abed and Shirley. Like Gillian Jacobs kills it on Love and Allison Brie has Mad Men and Glow under her belt.

I still haven't finished bojack and 30 rock

I am just bad at tv but this is like personal opinion tbh

the office got boring in middle seasons but last season was good

 

Bojack is the best of all the shows...but man, i have to binge it all in a couple of days and then not watch it again for a year.

I also remember finding Community, visiting friends and binging most of season 1 while they were at work. That first season was addicting. Season 4...very bad

 

Community is stellar and I can’t believe I forgot it. Had some ups and downs but overall as good as anything that’s ever aired on TV until season 4

 

I don't think I could ever name a top 5 or favorite, but Arrested Development and Curb Your Enthusiasm would always be up there.

 

AD would make my top 5 if not for the later seasons, it's so hard for me to ignore those seasons when I think about the show. But first 2 seasons alone are top 5.

Can’t stand Nellie, Kelly, Andy or Ryan from
The Office. Robert California, I find to be hilarious. The new kids had some prettt funny moments. The Office I can rewatch like twice a year while Parks and Rec I have to wait a little longer between rewatches. Nothing against Parks, I just prefer The Office as a whole. These last two seasons of AD literally ruined the show for me, I don’t think I’ll ever re-watch it.

I missed Community when it was popular, heard it was good though. I am really not into these Netflix animated comedies unfortunately. It’s always been hard for me to get into anything animated, I don’t know why. Even as a kid I wouldn’t watch cartoons

 

I really want Cam Meredith to succeed but I also don’t feel angry anymore about not re-signing him.
