I think it'll do well on there. See: my quote on IAAN's release day.

I've always heard pull up, but i looked up be gone and i think i've been way off all these years, so don't trust me as a solid source.

I heard it last week on XMU. Was actually surprised I heard it there before AltNation.

Did they ever put out lyric books for the other albums or just TDAG and Deja?

I'd pay $2 for a Daisy lyric booklet. Actually you know what, make that $3.

Totally off topic, but I'm not the best guitarist. I finally sat down and learned, "The boy who blocked his own shot," tonight. It's like I'm a born again BN fan. So much fun.

You also learned Yellow by Coldplay and Trailer Trash by Modest Mouse ;-)

    Maybe so, maybe not.

    Nice!

Fun, easy song to play. A lot of Brand New songs are really easy on guitar. I also recommend:

    -Moshi Moshi
-Gasoline (really fun if you have pedals and the like)
    -Quiet Things

Slightly off-topic, but thank you for posting this. Finally listened to this girl's album after watching this and seeing her name pop up here and there, and uh, holy shit.

Oooooh I'll look into Gasoline, I've got tons of mad pedals to experiment with for that.

Highly recommended. I have a ton of overdrive and fuzz pedals and it's real fun making up your own noise parts when playing that song.

Haha was it Riley that said "I'll believe it when I see it" in regards to them breaking up?

I don't know why I'm thinking of this, or where I heard it, or maybe I'm just making it up, but didn't Jesse state once in an interview that he praises The Beatles and to the extent where he models his career after them? Am I making this up??
If that's the case then I can see how they're handling this whole break up thing and how Jesse said at a recent show that they're only going to be playing music for themselves. In a way that's what the Beatles did when they stopped playing live because the crowds were getting too crazy and they chose to only release recorded music until they actually broke up (had a falling out).

He's really not going about copying The Beatles very well if he did say that. They had their entire recorded existence in the time it's taken them to follow up Daisy.
