I can’t tell if he likes all teams or no teams. My guess would be a New York team (Jets?) since I see a lot of posts about the NY teams and mostly shit thrown at the Giants

At this point, it isnt gonna happen. The idea was Week 8 he'd sign, not actually play until Week 10, and the Steelers could talk Bell into taking less than the $855k/week he's owed...meaning he could practice with the team but be exempt from the active roster.

But both the team and play have to agree on the price, and unless Bell is willing to take less money for 2 weeks, he'll just be on the active roster upon resigning. Or the Steelers will pay him the full money and put him on the roster exemption
