But not pizza or grilled cheese unless the bread is spinach

 

I'm pretty good about not eating that stuff often, but it's real hard to give it up entirely

because being waaaay overweight caused crippling self image and confidence issues and if I’m going to have to suck it up and keep living I might as well try to hate myself a little less

 

Totally, like high fructose corn syrup killing me sounds amazing

 

plus i guess getting old will be marginally better if I don't have dementia or diabetes or have weekly doctor visits

 

Plus you feel better physically if not mentally
