Gator might be my favorite land meat if it can be considered a land meat

 

When I tried it I was presented with fried and grilled gator. And it's one of the only meals I've ever preferred the grilled option over the fried. God it was good. I miss NOLA.

 

Pork, in the style of pork chops/loins, etc... is one of my least favorites.

 

I had a bison burger a few years back and I still think about it from time to time.



That's me writing home about said burger.

 

A really good Pork Chop can be really freaking good.

 

Bison jerky is the best jerky i've had. Gator jerky is top three as well.

 

I need to watch Legends of the Fall again.

The jerky I had tasted good, did the meat taste good when you tried it in actual Australia?

My dad had a pet rattlesnake for a week when I was a kid before my mom discovered it
