Justin's definitely playing that bass and is in all the studio (I guess) photos so far. If this is a proper line up with Justin and Zac, it could probably be my favourite Paramore line up.

I don't think Justin and Zac will join permanently though. When Zac left in 2010 touring was a big part of the reason, even with Halfnoise he doesn't tour much, just sporadic dates mostly in Nashville.
Justin is already in multiple bands (from what I know) and a very busy producer. I'd honestly be 100% okay with Hayley and Taylor being the only official members, bands already had waaay too many lineup changes.

 

Didn't Justin just leave his position in Beck?

 

I don't have any issues with line-up changes as I feel every change has made the band better. Has some of it been a bummer? Yes. But if in the end we get happier people, that's the best outcome.

 

Maybe Justin is ready to settle down with Paramore haha. Also, maybe Zac is ready to go tour crazy!!


I'm going to listen to BNE and Paramore tonight.

 

In terms of Zac, I don't think they'd be teasing it this much if he was simply just playing on the record. I could be wrong but that's how I'm viewing it.

I'm not sure if I think Justin is joining as well though.

 

I guess only time will tell.

 

I like what Justin did on the last album. Would be glad to have him as a full member. I was looking at his Wikipedia page and I had no idea how much stuff he's been involved in.

I like the first two albums, but I don't love them. I think it's been years since I've listened to them to be honest.

THEY NEED TO STOP. I have a feeling that they aren't going to announce anything this week because Zac is releasing a new HalfNoise song on Friday but I really hope I'm wrong.

Not much of a contribution to the echo-chamber, I know, but I'm so happy to see Zac back in the folds.

I always liked Josh, too, and felt that he brought a lot of Paramore's old style to the songs, but I've gotta say that I hate his solo stuff. If they could ever get the full band back (minus Jeremy, for obvious reasons), I'd be soo happy. I thought the self-titled was probably their best, so wherever the band is headed is promising to me.

 

So Zac's new song premiered today so maybe we will hear something from them before the week ends!
