Feldmann gives off this slimy vibe to me. Maybe it is because some of the bands he associates with

All of This is incredible. I love when Mark shows his Cure influences more than his punk ones.

Honestly, one of my favorite songs of all time, not just blink. The vibe of that song is just unbelievable to me.

    Things have changed.

Interesting that Martin from Boys Like Girls wrote on the song "California"

Not to turn this into a full on interrogation of you but what era of blink are you actually into? Any other overrated bombshells you wanna drop? Haha.

Also if you have the stomach to watch live vids of Tom singing Not Now live it's clearly FOR now and not Lord now. (You might rather take my word for it!)

  10. He's been killing it the past few years.

I didn't think i said anything out of line. I'd prolly have a more favorable viewpoint if he didn't work with crap like 5Sos

I hear FOR in that version and for sure LORD on the recorded version

    EDIT

Now I hear FOR in both so I don't know

Wait. Did I miss something. Did someone say someone from Boys Like Girls helped write a blink song or is this another California?

I'll agree with you here. I'm on the other side of the love for this song. Not my least favorite of theirs, but it certainly deserved it's b-side status. Tbh, I've never given the lyrics any thought...until today. Hmm. :seeno:

He has a credit on the song "California." Patrick Stump has a credit on two songs, and David Hodges is on two songs.

  18. You called someone you don't know slimly because they work with the Blink-182 of this generation. Not only do I think it's fucked up for calling someone slimly because of who they work with just because you don't like them. But let's not pretend 5SOS isn't exactly what everyone saw Blink as in the early 2000s.

    "Man Overboard" was good though.

Your wording suggests that there's something shameful about working with a group like 5sos.

Never understood his infatuation with the combo amps, especially since his Mesa tone was so good.

I used to sing Mark's last verse all of the time. I remember running home to see the TRL music video premiere for that song. I took it all very seriously.

Maybe he's talking about Tom Lord-Alge and is dying for a good final mix.
