The hilarious thing is that the Browns have $83 million, yet their only decent FAs are EJ Gaines, Breian Boddy-Calhoun, Trevon Coley and James Burgess. Realistically, they'll have to spend some of it on extensions in the next two years, but they could still bring in big money guys.
