Put lenses from a pair with broken frames into frames that had damaged lenses in them then took nose pad things from a 3rd pair of frames.

The lenses are bigger than the frames and there's noticeable gaps on both sides where the frames close around the lenses. Luckily I had long screws to allow for that gap.

It’s always so uncomfortable serving couples that are really hostile to each other, or families that yell at their kids

always feel awkward when I see a mom yell at her kids in a restaurant or grocery store or whatever and for whatever reason they always say the kid's name a billion times for emphasis

 

It’s one thing to raise your voice if your kid is being a piece of shit, but I’ve definitely seen instances where parents will yell out things like, “I’m gonna kick your fuckin ass if .....” and I’m just like uhhhhh what do I do

I love when deadlines move back so I know that I can live comfortably up until the night before. I’m currently in a position where grades need to be posted by Friday afternoon, and I still have 6 assessments from the past couple of weeks that I haven’t graded yet. I’m gonna hate myself tomorrow night when I don’t do any of it tonight like I should.

 

Haha I wonder if this will be me. I’m really good about getting shit done at work but when work takes place in a school setting will my proclivity to procrastinate affect my work ethic??????
