i like this much more than keep you, though admittedly i wasn't KY's biggest fan. the last 3 closing song stretch is amongst their best ever.

 

I'll have to wait for fall to roll around to decide if I like Keep You or this better. I think I like Wait For Love all the way through more, but Keep You's highs are higher. I think April and Repine are two of their best songs, but Fake Lighting and Dry Spells are right behind them.

 

Seen them with foxing recently and they were so good. They played 30 seconds of Say Nothing before abandoning the set cos some pillock decided to start a fight in the crowd. Was so gutted! Great night all the same.

 

why would someone start a fight while everyone's crying

Listened to this yesterday for the first time in months and it’s better than I remember. Might like it more than keep you tbh

Fantastic album is fantastic

 

I'm surprised to see multiple people say they like this more than Keep You. I enjoy this but I think KY is better by a large margin.

 

Put me in the camp of Wait For Love > Keep You

 

think this might be their best album.

 

I think the variety helps this out a lot. Granted, I’ve only been listening to this for less than a year, and KY’s been out for four, so this might not stick with me the way that one has tbh

 

Great album but Keep You by a billion

 

I think Keep You has better standout tracks but i prefer Wait for Love on a full listen.

 

Charisma is soooooooo good though (even though Late Lives is my favorite by them)

Late lives might be my favorite by them from this era

 

Arizona and Dancing are two of their best i think

 

I don’t see how this touches keep you in any way at all

 

actually this is pretty far behind lack long after as well imo

 

This isn’t as good as KY, but I definitely prefer both these two most recent albums to TLLA. This newer sound they do works better imo

 

counterpoint: not a single song on wait for love is as good as cripples can’t shiver

 

I’ll take Forever Sound or Love On Repeat over anything on TLLA.

my point is that this sound doesn’t work better than the skramz, they both work and the band is/was exceedingly good at both
