Ooo drama time! I'm drawn back in.

 

This is the type of process I wanted for a new blink album. One that takes time and process rather than "write a chorus in 8 seconds". happy they are taking their time.

 

Yeah, unfollowing people as an act of "I'm mad at you!" is fucking dumb. But... I wouldn't be mad if they had a falling out with Feldmann and end up going with someone new for their next album.

Hell, I wonder what a Hoppus produced Blink album would be like.

I'm still locked in on a Brian Eno-produced Blink record. One of those opposites attract sort of pairings I guess, but still would be very cool to hear what someone like him could bring to a band like them.

Edit: Also would love for a Sapone match up.

anyone have pics of Alk3 recording in Cameron Webb's studio? could the studio in Mark's "new studio" pic be Cameron's maybe?

Pretty sure it’s Mark’s based on the color scheme and some of the photos he’s shared recently.

Which is weird because those all sound like garbage but his production for other bands has been pretty good

 

Everything about the making of Neighborhoods was weird so I'm willing to give him a pass on it.

 

Feldmann was in the studio with mark just a couple days ago... i wouldnt think they had a fight

 

Think it was more along the lines of “with a band that big the label wants radio hits, huge record sales, and a producer with a big name to go along with a new album. And as much as he would love to do it he’s not the guy who’s gonna give the label those things”

Cant wait til they start posting some snippets from the studio. Thats like half the fun of when they do a new record. The excitment before release.

 

That clip of Skiba yelling "what's the point of saying sorry now" was one of the best first teases ever

 

I totally agree. I was SO looking forward to the album after that to see where that landed
