im the worst at confrontation so i would rather write out my thoughts and send them in a text or something tbh but i havent ever done it before cause i have a disease and its called caring too much. and its incurable.

 

I broke up with my first bf over the phone the day before warped tour. I tried to do it in person and we met up at the park but then my mom called me angrily cause I hadn't done my chores so she picked me up and brought me home and then I did it on the phone.


My last bf was in jail so I felt like the breakup was kinda self explanatory but then I did it on the phone when he got out to make sure he got the hint

i was talking to a friend today and he was filling me in on his current relationship. recently she told him he should go back to school and/or quit his job, and find a better paying one. we figured the underlying reasoning was because she was expecting/wanting him to provide for her and she has high materialistic views. she was telling him to switch to a mercedes dealership as a salesman (he works at a mazda dealership currently) because she knows someone there that makes almost twice as much as he does.

personally i couldn't imagine telling my SO what to do with her profession, i would/do give her advice if she ever asks but never try to dictate it. it is just wild.

Also, per usual, Dylan making things out to be harder than they are. You go to their place and leave when you’ve broken up with. You don’t have to meet downtown in rush hour and to do it. It’s the least amount of consideration you can give someone for doing something that’s undeniably a shitty situation for all parties involved.
