I feel like Mark should keep his vocals higher in that Josie kind of register. When he sings low it really sounds bad to me.

Well, that's kind of the point. Tom rarely sang on key, so technically that guy's right in saying that they reached a level they couldn't achieve before haha.

 

Predictions on Rabbit Hole? Matt song? Mark song? Equal? We know that it's a faster fan favorite type right?

 

It's supposed to be high energy. I'm hoping for something along the lines of Pathetic or Don't Leave Me. Hoping for dual vocals.

 

I've been at this blink fandom thing for almost 20 years... I mean just listen to this guy:

 

They did say that it would be a fan favorite, so I'm guessing it's gonna be a faster song. I'm also gonna guess that it's gonna be equal since mark said that most of the album is about 50/50 I'm pretty sure.

 

I think they said that all the songs are pretty much half and half with the exception of the mark ballad.

 

Lol yeah there's probably a good reason there's no acoustic versions out there besides those encores they did a few years ago. They wouldn't have sounded very good with Tom.

 

I'm going to have to schedule a poop break at work accordingly tomorrow

To be fair, He doesn't sound THAT bad in this video. You can find WAY worse of him singing in other videos lol.

 

I tried to find the BAAAAD ones to no avail - only put 5 minutes into it though. There was another Angels & Airwaves session that I recall watching that was Tom at his absolute worst... I think he had them removed.

I'll never forget the worst and I mean WORST vocal performance I ever saw of Tom when my friends and I went to see the "LOVE" movie premier in theaters and they did a short live set after the movie. His voice was so unbelievably bad and it was just sad and embarrassing. Also didn't help that I was hearing it in a theater with big ass speakers.

 

I'm hoping for some screams, some crazy breakdowns, a spoken verse, a rap cameo by Yelawolf and a choir.

 

I'm fairly certain there's pitch correction on his vocals (0:58 - 1:04 in particular)

 

That was literally the best Tom's voice has sounded lol. Too bad it was his Angels voice. So do not want that voice on an acoustic blink song.
