I'm so glad we finally got rain again, honestly feels like it's been years

 

I wandered around Claremont listening to Turnover and taking pictures it was quite nice with this weather.

 

Hasn’t rained here in the valley yet. I wore my rain shoes and everything!

 

it only lasted like, 15 minutes after I posted haha. It was heavy but short

 

I wish the rain continued into the night. I had a soccer game last night and I love playing in the rain.

 

I sleep best when it’s raining. We need it!

drove home towards the lightning and it was pretty awesome to see. Got pouring rain for like 10 minutes, but overall it's great

I think in the year that I’ve lived here I have yet to really experience a real rain until now. Are drivers here as awful as they are in the Bay Area after the first rain?

 

they either drive w/ high beams or no head lights at all lol

 

it's so so so so bad, people drive like they are scared shitless of the water and completely forgot how to drive

 

Gross. I was thinking of driving to El Segundo in the morning to see my sister but I’m rethinking it. I don’t want deal with that trash

 

this is honestly my biggest gripe. i understand and could respect the cautiousness, but it’s just waaaaay too excessive sometimes

 

I come from Oregon, I just like how easy driving suddenly becomes, people suddenly remember to be cautious and I'm like lol, you don't know what rain is

 

My experience in Oregon, though brief, was that people were almost too kind. Or maybe it was passive aggression. Like I’d be sitting there at a 4 way stop and fucking NO ONE would go lol.

That doesn’t have to do with rain. But it comes to mind
