Justin Tucker single handily won me games last year en route to a championship I will not take this kicker disrespect

 

Looks like I'm moving to 1-3 in my league and 2-2 in my friends league. I have that we are already a fourth of the way through the season. Hope I can go on a good streak over the next couple of weeks. I really really don't want to miss out on the playoffs in my own league that I'm the commissioner in 3 years in a row.

 

Looks like i'm going 2-2 in two of my leagues and 4-0 in the chorus 2nd league.

 

Years ago I had Sebastian Janikowski in a year where he was like, the third most points on my team. And I had a good team that year.

 

Mahomes is going to go off for 6TD and save me! As long as he doesn't throw it to Tyreek much lol

 

I think I can make it that, if someone really wants, they can still flex a kicker. But Tucker is about the only kicker anyone would willingly take.

 

I still have somewhat hope in the league that I am currently 2-1 in. I still have my kicker left tonight and he has Kareem Hunt and is playing Kansas City's defense for some reason. We are currently almost dead even (I'm up by like 0.2 points). So, if KC's defense does nothing, Kareem has a middle of the pack game, and my kicker goes off I can still win.

In the league (my league) I'm 1-2 in I'm up 3.3 points with no one left to go. So, I would need for Demaryius Thomas, Royce Freeman, and Travis Kelce to score less than that. So.......I've got it in my head that I am going to be 1-3. I'm actually more excited to see how my wife's game goes. She is up by 18.9 points and her opponent has Phillip Lindsey left. So, as long as he doesn't go crazy she should pull it off. I just think it's going to be fun to watch her reactions throughout the game.

 

Up by 28. I have Butker and he has Kelce and Freeman.

I would feel fine, except for I lost to the same kid on Christmas of 2016 in the championship cause Kelce caught an 80 yard screen pass and ran it for a TD.

 

Who is your kicker?

 

Close to a 3-0 week.

-Need 7.5 points (0.5 PPR) from Demaryius Thomas. If he gets a touchdown I'm set, if not, I just need 5 catches for 50 yards or 3 for 60.

-Need Tyreek Hill to outscore Kareem Hunt (standard), which has been happening lately.

-The other league I'm golden, thanks to Amari Cooper getting some late game opportunities in an overtime shootout.

 

I like that too, I think maybe I need to shorten the bench in addition. Will consider second flex vs 3rd WR for sure.

 

McManus

 

I hate that I’m starting to gain a little hope. I forgot to mention that kickers are scored differently in my friends league so McManus is already at 11 points. So, if Kareem only gets like five more points, McManus gets 2 more field goals and Denver gets like a TD I can still win.

Shortening the bench is great. Think we used to have 7 spots...the 5 really makes holding questionable guys not an option.

Like, in the 3WR/deep bench league, a guy like Enunwa is played every week. In the 2WR/short bench league, Im considering dropping him for a flyer on someone with more upside.

 

And that interception probably made it safe for me to stop paying attention.

 

If this goes to OT I’ll fucking freak out.

Now that Freeman is (hopefully) back and Edelman is no longer suspended, I feel like my team can seriously take off now. I'm 2-2 (sitting in 5th place, only 4 teams make playoffs - 10 team league). But now I have no idea who to flex:

Flex Options: Aaron Jones, John Brown, Chris Thompson, Edelman, Boyd, Ekeler & Allison.

Probably going to drop Allison because I need to pick up a Defense for Week 5 and there's no way I'm dropping Chicago so I need to drop a position player (which typically I'm very opposed to doing but Chicago is averaging an insane 15 points per week)

Thoughts?

 

I'm also in trouble if Gronk doesn't play Thursday because then I'd need to drop two of those guys.

 

James Conner for Cam Newton. Who wins that deal?
