Me too! It's hard finding people on the right timezone on most people here are from the US. I mostly play as Junkrat, Lucio, Reinhardt in that order haha, if I'm going offensive it's either McCree or Genji but I don't gravitate towards offensive players that much as there's always like three a game lol.

 

I mostly live on mei lol I can kill people and protect the objective ( payload ) I rather just kill people or we'll try too ha

 

Mei can be such a bitch to play against, even if I get hit for a second with her freeze then push her back with Lucio, I'm still frozen. Is there a real counter to her at all? I guess McCree can with flashbang/fan the hammer combo and a well placed widowmaker/Pharah but even they can get killed with her alternative fire if they're not careful.

 

So glad OW has its own topic. I'm gonna start playing on psn. Same as my chorus.fm name.

mostly just shoot try hit in head I rarely freeze people lol but yeah we'll have few games tonight xD

 

Well yeah when people are far away, I snipe but when they're all up in my grill, ya gotta give 'em the freeze lol. I'll be done in 2 hours, yay!

 

I'm getting a little sick of the game already. Still playing, just not enjoying as much.

 

I'm going to take a bit of a break until competitive mode, got other stuff to play in the meantime.

 

I think you definitely need to have breaks from it, like even if it's just a couple of days. I'm still managing to have lots of fun with friends, but trying to play other games that aren't so competitive like Rocket League to help me not get sick of it as much lol.

 

That's because all you do is play Symmetra.

 

I haven't gotten sick of playing it yet, but there are times I do get frustrated and put it down. Also, been switching between U4, W3 dlc, and it, so that I'm not overplaying it.

Only on defend! Haha. I've been running Pharah a lot on offense. Junk Rat seems to be the easiest for me to use. Really enjoying Hanzo as well.

 

This was my main fear with the game and the reason I might not have jumped on it right away if I didn't get it so cheap.

I could tell from the beta that content wise there wasn't a huge amount, despite the awesome fun you could have with what was there. I'm curious and worried at where the numbers will be at in a month or two if nothing is added.

It is immensely frustrating when you get successive games of poor team mates.

 

Yeah, if it was F2P then this game would have bigger numbers and less complaints. But I'm still happy with what it is and that all future content is gonna be free. I mean with smite, you can unlock all the characters separately or buy them all at once. Then all future characters are free. It would've been interesting if they took that approach. Can't remember if that's the same with LoL though it probably is.

 

If it was F2P, it would be horrible. Most of the F2P communities are toxic which is why I hardly play them. I'm already getting sick of people constantly messaging me stupid stuff on Smite and that's on the Xbox One and not PC where the main community is.

Meanwhile in Overwatch I've had a great experience overall besides some internet connections but that's on my side. I make sure to limit my game time so I don't get sick of it. Plus it's just fun trying to beat my personal best goals on the averages.

 

Competitive mode is still supposed to be coming in a couple weeks, which will be huge.

 

I'm glad this isn't free to play. Weeds out most of the shitty people who typically play F2P. Secondly, the only similarity this game has to F2P games is the micro-transactions which are only cosmetic in nature. No advantage is gained by paying nor are you locked out of content that matters unlike other F2P games.

As for the lack of content, I think that is an issue overall but you'd get tired of any game if it's all you play for a week or more. Also, you don't have to worry about the numbers in this game. They will be strong for a long time.
