I'd agree if it was a true full length. But somehow as a compilation grab bag it suits it

 

It's amazing. I get pumped every time I hear it.

HW was middle for me and Justice was 7 for me, not because I don't love those albums, I just like Lightning/Black/Puppets/Kill more than HW and if I'm honest with myself, I go back to HW and Death Magnetic more than I do Justice.

Me! No shame, the other 6 albums are just a little better to me.

I love it. I don't put it on as much as their others but when I do it's always a fun time.

 

Really hope they pull this out all next tour. Looks like a killer live song. Rob and Kirk sound so good in this video.

Their version is so good it might as well be theirs :-D

 

On Netflix there is a a short video attached to Some Kind of Monster, a 30 min follow up 10 years later where the directors get with the band to reflect on the movie and it's reception.

It's a nice short watch if you are a fan, I didn't know it existed.

 

I was excited to stumble across this on Netflix too.

I have the SKOM DVD, so maybe it's a bonus feature on there that I never noticed, but I'm guessing it's not because I'm sure I bought the DVD as soon as it was released and not 10+ years later. Maybe they re-released it with that extra footage?!?!

Either way, it's pretty cool.

Yeah, that was a nice surprise. I was confused (though not upset) when it first came on when I was listening to the album on Apple Music last Friday as I had no idea it was on there.

 

Not bad at all. Awesome album art as well!

I am here to say that I still love Death Magnetic.

 

I love it and so happy their last two albums have been among their best.
